宝鸡超达高技术研究所是宝鸡市科技局并经陕西省首批认定的集开发、研制实用技术的现代科技型企业，曾受到陕西省科技局、省体改委及宝鸡市科技局的多次表彰，被评为省级科技先进单位、省三产明星企业。单位位于中国青铜器之乡、陕西第二大城市宝鸡。
    研究所现已获国家专利 12项，可供转让的技术项目 150 余项，涉及机械、电子、化工、食品、饮料等多种领域。近年来在不断推出适销对路的技术成果的同时，注重利用各地农副产品资源，成功地开发出农产品的深加工技术、食用菌种植技术等40余项。
    研究所所长兼总工程师陈斌同志，被授予宝鸡市科技劳模、宝鸡市最美科学技术推广人、中国百名科技专家、陕西省科协理事、宝鸡市民企协会理事，并获陕西省发明创业奖，拥有多项专利及实用技术。曾多次应科技部、中国科协、国家民委邀请作为中国百名科技专家前往新疆、云南、广西、四川、辽宁、江西等老、少、边穷地区进行科技扶贫工作，受到各级党政领导的高度赞扬。
    研究所以雄厚的技术实力为后盾，以擅长机械、电子、化工、食品加工技术为基础，以“新设想、快节奏、高层次、严要求”为工作准则，为“超达集团”跨越中华南北，走出国门，面向世界而奋斗不已。

Chen, director of the   institute  uses  his own more than 150 patents, practical technical response to the state ethnic affairs, ministry of science and technology, the ministry of agriculture, the invitation of the China association for science and technology, as "China's hundreds of science and technology experts" to travel to Xinjiang, Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Liaoning, Jiangxi and other old, poor , remote areas of science and technology poverty alleviation work ,  has received high praise from the central leadership, was warmly welcomed by the government and people around.
